Can I ferment dough with the yogurt function? What is the holding temperature of the yogurt mode in your programmable slow cooker?

No. The yogurt mode temperature is 38-42 � C (100-107 � F), while the dough fermentation temperature is 28-32 � C (82-90 � F). If the dough is fermented in a yogurt mode, it may cause the bread to be sour.
